Prasanna M. Thamankar is a seasoned civil engineer with over two decades of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Beginning his professional journey in 1996, he built a strong foundation in civil engineering principles, site execution, and project coordination through extensive on-site exposure and technical learning.
He commenced his career as a Site Engineer under the mentorship of Mr. L. Krishnaswamy in Mysore, where he was closely involved in a wide range of construction projects for nearly nine years. This formative phase enabled him to gain deep practical knowledge in construction management, quality control, and execution standards. He further expanded his professional expertise by working with reputed construction organizations and consultants across Mysore and Bangalore for more than four years, gaining valuable exposure to diverse project types, methodologies, and industry best practices.
Driven by entrepreneurial vision and backed by rich industry experience, he established Thamankar Infrastructures in 2009. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a professionally managed organization delivering reliable construction, engineering, and interior solutions.
