    Return Policy

    1. Return Eligibility

    • General Policy: Returns are accepted for defective or damaged items only. We do not accept returns for products that are not defective or damaged.
    • Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the issue to receive instructions on how to return the product.

    2. Return Process

    • Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your return request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
    • Packaging: Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any other items that were included with the shipment.

    3. Return Shipping

    • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and, if applicable, cover the return shipping costs.
