You search for the doctor whose appointment is required. Go to his online calendar, look for his availability and then select the slot and get a confirmed booking after providing the necessary credentials and making payment. We do not ask for a user id to be created nor do we require a patient to login for getting the appointments booked through Back Bone Consultancy.
Although, our aim is to assist you in getting an online appointment done for visit to a doctor, we do not prevent you from looking at the doctor’s availability and his profile.
Back Bone Consultancy should be used when your patients are looking for non-critical care, a follow up or second opinion, reviewing medical reports, initial treatments etc. While Back Bone Consultancy is not intended to replace your regular doctor or specialist for common or chronic conditions, an online consultation can sometimes substitute a doctor’s visit.
Go to Book consultation / Appointment on the doctor’s page, select a date and then you will see the time slots on which the said doctor is available for consultancy.
This can be done. We do not prevent you from getting multiple appointments done either for a same patient or different patients for a same date or different dates.
A doctor specifies how many appointments can be booked on a particular time slot on a given date. The availability on the calendar shows the vacancy therein and thus the availability.
If you face any issues during consultation then you can reach out to our customer service desk. They will assist you in connecting to the consultation session. In case the issue doesn't not get resolved immediately, your consultation will be rescheduled for another time slot convenient to you..
You will receive your prescription on your registered mobile number immediately after your consultation is finished.
We currently are providing our services in two (2) states i.e., Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.
No. We do not recommend or provide online consultations for emergencies.
You will have 15 minutes with the doctor once you schedule an online consultation through our app. However, depending on your health and the quantity of requests you have, this timeframe may alter.
There is no need to panic even if this is a rare occurrence that could occur occasionally if your doctor is busy. Your appointment will be immediately rescheduled for the following time period.
It is not meant to be for technology savvy people only. The underlying experience that we have focused on is the ease of use. So if you can operate a simple website/email then you should be able to use the site without any hassle.
