At SupplierTaxi, we strive to provide you with the best experience and high-quality construction materials every time you shop with us. However, we understand that there may be situations where returns or replacements are necessary. This Return Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures for returning products purchased through our website or mobile application.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.

You received a damaged or defective product
The product delivered is incorrect (wrong size, brand, or model)
There is a short supply (quantity mismatch) compared to the invoice
The product is expired (where applicable)
The product is not as described on our platform

Please note that returns will not be accepted for reasons such as:

Change of mind after delivery
Ordered by mistake or incorrect product selected
Products used, installed, or not in original condition
Customized, cut-to-size, or made-to-order items (e.g., tiles, plywood, pipes, steel rods)

2. Return Request Timeline

All return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for return or replacement.

3. How to Request a Return

To raise a return request:

2. Provide the following details:
Order ID
Reason for return
Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product
Original packaging and invoice copy

Once verified, our team will assess the request and provide you with the next steps.

4. Inspection and Approval

Returned items will undergo an inspection at the time of pickup or after being returned to our warehouse. Approval for replacement or refund will be granted based on:

Physical condition of the product
Verification of original packaging and invoice
Authenticity of claim (damage, defect, or mismatch)

SupplierTaxi reserves the right to reject any return if the product is found to be ineligible or tampered with.

5. Replacement Policy

If the return is approved:

A replacement will be initiated, subject to availability
If the same item is not available, an alternate product or refund may be offered
For bulky items (cement, steel, tiles, etc.), the replacement delivery timeline may vary

Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

The item is unavailable for replacement
The order is cancelled before dispatch or due to non-availability
The return has been approved after inspection

Refunds will be credited within 5–7 working days to the original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer, depending on the transaction type.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of products are non-returnable under all conditions:

Cement and sand once opened or exposed
Paints and chemicals once the seal is broken
Electrical wires once cut or partially used
Custom-sized or customized products
Products sold under clearance or bulk deals (unless defective)

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting our support team. Orders once shipped or in transit cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process if eligible.

9. Shipping & Pickup of Returns

For approved returns, SupplierTaxi will arrange reverse pickup where feasible
In areas where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to ship the product to our designated warehouse
Returned products must be securely packed in the original packaging to avoid transit damage

Shipping charges for eligible returns are borne by us. In other cases, it may be deducted from the refund amount.
